| REQUEST COVERAGE
To request medical coverage for an event at Norwich University please read the policy and guidelines, submit a coverage request from and a services contract (found below) at least two weeks prior to the event. You may also pick up these forms in the NU Guard Shack.
Upon completion of the forms please return them to the NUEMS mail box in the Guard Shack in Jackman Hall. If you have an questions please email the Operations Lt at nuemsops@gmail.com
